• Supply Chain: Reorganized entire supply chain, improving margin, and scalability.
• Product Development: Reformulated to improve quality, shelf life, and taste.
• Retail Sales & Distribution: Added leading sales brokerage firm and facilitated introductions/conversations major retailer partners.
• Branding: Optimized for launch at retail and on Amazon.
• Capital Access: Recruited other strong co-investors, strategic advisors and investors.
• Team: Added SkinnyPop founders as advisors and Anish Sheth, a seasoned CPG executive, as Board Chair.
